Mr Ambar Lakhotia started teaching Aerobics, Yoga and Power Yoga in the year 2004, in some private institutions, soon he started getting more and more offers from different fitness centres, In 2006, he did his international course in Aerobics and Fitness and started his own fitness studios by the name "Ambar Aerobics" He registered his firm in 2008- 09 and with this he started his own teacher's training Institute. Today the institute offers ISO certified courses in Aerobics, Yoga & Power Yoga, Diet & Nutrition, Pilates, Kickboxing and Functional training.
